Returns and Refunds

[Cancellation, return and exchange]

(1) You can return the product using the enclosed return slip within 20 days of the product's arrival date .

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products:
- Products that have been used - Products that have been delivered more than 21 days ago - Products that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession (3) We will cover the shipping costs for returns, etc.

(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
